This is the official Honor Guard point system that we will be using for any 20+ member raid that we sponsor. An active point tally will be kept here on the forums and maintained by the Honor Guard officers. If you have any questions, please direct them to Belber or myself.

Tado Point System (TPS) ;D
1) We use the standard Need before Greed loot rules.
1a) Epic loot will be distributed by random rolls with an applied variant
1b) The Variant - Each participant will receive 2 points per hour they attend, and can accrue points to no set maximum. These points are awarded after the raid is complete and may be used on the next raid. Before the roll is made, an interested member can apply any portion he has in his 'pool' in increments of 5 (to a maximum of 50), and this number will be added to his random roll. If you win the roll, you lose those points. If you lose the roll, you get to keep the points.
1c) Loot rules would be as follows:
- 1 epic set per week / 1 epic per week
(if an epic class specific item drops that can be used by someone, but they have already got their one for the week, the Raid leader can decide how to pass along the item, but with the understanding that the player will be assessed a -25 point penalty to their pool. If you have a negative pool value, you may not roll on epics, though you may still be assigned epics if you are the only raid member capable of using the item - you will again be assessed a -25 point penalty to your pool. I don't see this as a major issue provided that full raid groups should prevent this.)
- 1 rare set per run / 1 rare per run
(Items not rolled on will be DE and the materials banked for Enchanting Services - I will create a point value for enchants, so that points could be spent for enchants)
- greed roll all BoE uncommon items
- Rare crafting materials will be collected by guild members and banked by the guild. These materials will be retained and used by guild members for the betterment of the guild. If extra materials ever come available, they can be purchased by points. The cost would be 2 points each. (Firey Cores, Lava Cores, Dark Iron Ore, Core Leather, Bloodvine, etc.)
- Bonus points - you would receive 1 bonus point for arriving for the raid on time and 1 bonus point for staying all the way to till the end of the raid.
